Establishment of a customs warehouse
We are pleased to announce that we have set up a bonded warehouse in March 2025 to ensure an even faster and easier journey of material to our customers.
ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit
In November 2024, we successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit with the certification body Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS.
We have been proud holders of this approval since 2002.
The 9001:2015 quality management system helps us to deliver superior quality services to our customers and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
Conference QUALITY
R.F. PROFI will participate as a partner in the QUALITY conference on 26-27 November 2024.
This is a unique meeting of representatives from different areas of industry, which aims to establish a tradition of meeting quality professionals, share experiences, save costs and together look for tools to easily achieve safety, reliability and efficiency.
Purchase of a new spectrometer
To improve the quality of our services, we have purchased a new spectrometer from Olympus, the VANTA model, which allows us to test the material already during the arrival to our warehouse and thus detect possible confusion of material or melting.
EXTENSION OF THE RANGE OF STAINLESS STEEL REINFORCEMENT
Apart from straight bars, we have newly expanded our product range with stainless steel reinforcement bent to size according to the drawing documentation. It is bent directly at the manufacturer of the stainless steel reinforcement, so there can be no contamination, as is the case in service centres where low-alloy reinforcement is also bent. We also supply stainless steel curry nets. The delivery program includes more than 20 stainless steel grades, most commonly we supply grades 1.4301 and 1.4362. A wide dimensional range is available:
- bars 3 - 50 mm diameter
- coils from 3 - 20 mm
- reinforcement nets diameter 3 - 12 mm
- bent reinforcement according to drawing documentation
In the Czech Republic we stock 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm diameters, for the rest of the range we are connected directly to the manufacturer's central warehouse in the EU.
RANGE EXTENSION
We have significantly expanded the range of rough and finished free forgings according to the drawing documentation, such as tubes, shafts, flanges and others. We have also expanded our range to include special bends, large springs and other machine components for the engineering industry. We supply products in a wide range of grades of steel (low carbon, carbon, alloy and stainless steel), nickel-based alloys, titanium, cobalt, copper, aluminium and other metals. Our range includes dies from Western Europe in very high quality and interesting production terms.

Authorisation for supply to the nuclear power industry
In the second half of 2022, we passed a joint audit of ČEZ, a.s., ŠKODA JS a.s. and I&C Energo a.s. and we were granted an extension of the authorization to provide supplies of metallurgical materials in accordance with the specifications of customer requirements for ČEZ, a.s. for supplies to the nuclear power industry with the validity of this authorization until 31 August 2025.
