Ensuring the quality of supplied materials and customer satisfaction are undoubtedly the main goals of our company. We also pay attention to the quality of our services, which is supported by the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015, certified by Bureau Veritas, and a set of internal regulations.

The quality provided by us is also evidenced by the certification providing supplies of metallurgical materials for the nuclear power industry, granted by ČEZ a.s. in accordance with the requirements of the Atomic Act and SÚJB Decrees No. 408/2016 Coll. and No. 358/2016 Coll.

Our experienced staff ensures the quality of the deliveries from the very moment the material is requested. We supply a wide range of grades and shapes and offer our expertise in complex technical specifications. We ensure that all customer requirements are met, including material certification requirements, various additional tests, relabeling protocols and other optional requirements.

The products we supply are sourced from reputable manufacturers and service centres mainly in Europe. This, in conjunction with a thorough inspection of the products, leads to first-class delivery quality and high customer satisfaction. We have at our disposal our own spectrometer which allows us to control the materials and avoid confusion of grades or melts already at the time of receipt in our warehouses.

Careful handling of materials, organization of storage areas and regulatory storage conditions are a staple for us.

The quality of materials from our suppliers is regularly verified in testing facilities and all our suppliers are evaluated by us in accordance with our internal regulations.

We pay special attention to the inspection of the material before shipment, the packaging of the material, the transport only by reliable carriers and all related documentation. In the field of deliveries to the nuclear power industry, we cooperate with TÜV NORD Czech, s.r.o. in the area of inspection.
