Machine parts

We have a track record of successful deliveries of finished machine parts. We supply from manufacturers all over the world. We can offer tailor-made solutions according to drawings, technical documentation and customer requirements. The product range includes in particular finished tubesheets according to drawings, large non-standard size heads, machined shafts and other products in a full range of grades of steel (low carbon, carbon, alloy and stainless steel), nickel-based alloys, titanium, cobalt, copper and other metals.

Based on customer requirements, we supply high-precision springs and torsion bars from a European manufacturer according to drawing documentation. We supply springs for engineering, armoured vehicles, wind turbines, mineral extraction, steelworks, aerospace, chemical and petrochemical industries, underwater drives for opening and closing valves of oil platforms, power engineering and nuclear power (including GOST certification).

We supply springs in all types of materials such as steels according to EN 10089, especially grades 51CRV4 and 52CRMoV4. Also in stainless steel, nickel alloys (e.g. Inconel, Nimonic), titanium (e.g. 5 Ti-6AL-4V) or copper (e.g. CuBe2).

We also supply springs for use at very low temperatures (-60° C).
