Round, square, hexagonal and flat bars

We offer a wide range of long steel products in a full range of grades of stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, titanium, cobalt and other metals. The vast majority of our product range is from reputable European manufacturers. We can supply both from new production and from stock.

Thanks to very good relations with leading European manufacturers, we can provide almost all possible designs of bars, wires and profiles; for example drawn, rolled or forged, in various tolerances according to customer requirements.

Our specialty is the currently in great demand bars with increased machinability . This material improves production productivity, increases machining speed and extends tool life, while retaining other mechanical and corrosion properties. The resulting effect is a considerable saving in time and money, despite the fact that these materials are slightly more expensive. For larger machining series, we are able to advise on the correct machine set-up to maximise savings based on customer input.

We also supply austenitic bars with improved non-macnetic properties.

The bars can be supplied with one or two chamfered ends. In cooperation with an external company , we can also supply chamfered ends for larger diameters than the standard stainless steel bar manufacturers supply.

Bent profiles

Bent profiles are one of our very interesting products. They are produced according to customer requirements and in the highest quality. They are produced on five bending presses with a working range from 1 020 mm to 16 000 mm, which enables the production of extremely long profiles.

On modern machinery, the manufacturer is able to bend sheets up to a thickness of 30 mm. Bent profile lengths up to 16 000 mm.

The most required are Z‑profiles, L‑profiles, C‑profiles and U‑profiles. These profiles are made from various grades of stainless steel sheets.
